Managing Internal Controls

Without an overall process, risk management controls would not be very effective. They need to be presented in a comprehensive, complete system to work correctly within the company. IRM do this by establishing a control framework for the risk area within which individual controls may be implemented and managed. We create systems which are discreet and organised so that all information is protected while not being affected by changes to other controls outside of this framework.
