Security Policies

Where an organisation has not yet defined its information security policy or where the existing information security policy is not particularly up-to-date, IRM will use its global knowledge base to develop a policy that is both appropriate to the organisation and which deals with the correct issues. Typically, this is carried out using BIAs (Business Impact Assessments) and more detailed full risk assessments so as to make the security policy both consistent with the risks at hand and the culture of the organisation.

IRM can provide greatly skilled risk managers to fully or partially implement the policy where an organisation may lack the resources to properly implement it. We have a high level of expertise in conducting risk assessments with the most widely-used guidelines such as: ISO27001, ISMS and CLAS.
